Jordan Clarkson says D’Angelo Russell Makes Basketball ‘easier for everybody’

When the Lakers took D’Angelo a Russell number two overall in the 2015 NBA Draft, there were a lot of questions about how Russell and Clarkson would mesh. After just one practice together, Clarkson had high praise for Russell.

This is great to hear if you’re a Lakers fan. Russell and Clarkson are meshing, and both of them have been impressed with power forward Juluis Randle, who missed all but one game during the 2014-2015 season.

Russell averaged 5 assists per game last season at Ohio State, and if his passing skills translate well to the NBA, I’m sure we can even get Kobe Bryant to say something similar if it does in fact translate well to the NBA.
