Jarrett Jack Diagnosed With Torn ACL, Out for the Season

The Brooklyn Nets rough season will unfortunately continue for them and their fans, and now, it will be without guard Jarrett Jack as well:

Jack suffered the injury in the Nets’ 100-97 win over the Celtics on this following play:

The Nets released the follow statement:

Brooklyn, NY – Brooklyn Nets guard Jarrett Jack has been diagnosed with a torn anterior cruciate ligament and small medial meniscus tear in his right knee. The injury occurred during the second half of the Nets’ game at Boston on Saturday, January 2. Jack will miss the remainder of the season and will undergo surgery on a date that has yet to be determined.

Jack will finish the 2015-2016 season averaging 12.8 points, 7.4 assists, and 4.3 rebounds per game. It’s likely that Shane Larkin will assume the Nets’ point guard duties for the remainder season.
