In what could be the final time we see Tom Brady versus Peyton Manning in a NFL game, Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos will be walking away victorious.

Manning, who threw for 176 yards and two touchdowns on 32 passing attempts today, is now 3-2 all-time in the playoffs versus Brady. Brady had 310 yards on 56 passing attempts with just one touchdown and two interceptions. The Broncos defense came too play today.

While the Patriots were able to get 310 passing yards, Brady was held to just 87 through the 1st half, and the Patriots finished the game only tailing 44 rushing yards. Tom Brady was the Patriots leading rusher with 13 rushing yards. Chris Harris Jr., Bradley Roby, Aquib Talib, and T.J. Ward were creating very tight windows for Brady to get the ball into.

“In the end, it just wasn’t quite enough”, said Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.”Crash landing to the end of the season like it usually is in the National Football League.”

Von Miller was everywhere today, recording 5 tackles and 2.5 sacks of Tom Brady, including an interception of Tom Brady. Miller is the second player in NFL history since 1982 with 2.5 + sacks and an interception in a playoff game.

“They’ve got great pass rushers,” Brady said. It was tough for us to ever get into a rhythm.”

With the win today, Peyton Manning became the 1st quarterback in NFL history to take multiple teams to the Super Bowl multiple times. Manning of course lead the Colts to two Super Bowls, and has now lead the Broncos to two.

“Well, it’s been a special rivalry over the course of my career against the Patriots, the entire organization,” Peyton Manning said. “To play four times in the AFC championship with so much on the line, those games have been very special.”

We know Denver’s defense will show up to the Super Bowl, but the Broncos will likely need a full offensive attack to take down either the Cardinals or the Panthers. The Panthers lead the Cardinals 17-0 with 12 minutes to go in the 2nd quarter.
