VIDEO: Aaron Gordon Doesn’t Think the Dunk Contest Ended Yet

USA Today Sports

Somebody tell Orlando Magic forward Aaron Gordon that the dunk contest has been over for nearly two weeks, because he is still wrecking havoc on the rims and jumping out of his shoes, literally.

While the Magic lost the Warriors 130-114 last night, it was one of the best nights of Gordon’s young NBA career. The 20-year-old Gordon tied his career high with 19 points, and two of them came on this jam from just inside the charity stripe:

Gordon now has 39 made dunks this season. He also had eight rebounds, two assists, and one block yesterday.

Gordon is averaging 10.2 points and 11 rebounds per game over Orlando’s last five games. He is averaging 7.8 points, and 6.4 rebounds per game overall this year.
