WATCH: Trick Play Gives Seahawks QB Russell Wilson TD Reception

The Seattle Seahawks used a little tricky in their 25-16 win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday afternoon.

Wide receiver Doug Baldwin threw a touchdown pass to quarterback Russell Wilson on a reverse play to give the Seahawks a 23-7 lead in 3rd quarter, the first touchdown reception of Wilson’s career:

Wilson joked with Baldwin on the sidelines that the two should switch jobs permanently after the success they had on the play,

“I was talking to [Baldwin] about, ‘You know, we can switch jobs if you want. It may not be pretty, but we can switch jobs,’” Wilson recalled of his sideline exchange with Baldwin. “Obviously it was a great play by him, great throw. He got some heat over there on the right side and he still made a great throw. A good call by coach [Darrell] Bevell. We executed it well there.”

The Seahawks are now 7-2-1 on the year, and 5-0 at home. That is good for first place in the NFC West, while the Cardinals remain in second at 4-5-1.
