According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and various other sources across the league, the Chicago Bears are trading Pro Bowl wide out Brandon Marshall to the New York Jets for a 5th round future draft pick. Marshall is a nine year veteran who has spent time with the Denver Broncos, Miami Dolphins, Chicago Bears, and now the New York Jets.

Marshall to the Jets won’t be official till Tuesday when the NFL’s free agency period starts. Marshall’s three years with the Bears has come to end, as the star wide receiver caught 279 passes for a total of 3,524 yards and 31 touchdowns during his tenure in Chicago.

Marshall’s wife Michi posted the following photo on Instagram, thanking the city of Chicago.
