The man who is famous for botching a catch on an onside kick in the NFC Championship game Brandon Bostick, has been curt by the Green Bay Packers. Bostick, who was hurt a majority of the season, failed to recover an onside kick that the Seahawks kicked to the Packers after he went out of his assigned job which was blocking for Jordy Nelson. The kick lead to Seattle scoring a touchdown, but the Packers tied it with a field goal to force overtime, but then lost. Bostick confirmed the cut via his Twitter account earlier today.

Bostick had 2 catches and a touchdown this season for the Packers, with 9 catches 113 yards and 2 touchdowns in his 3 year career with the Packers. He was making 2.4 million as the Packers 3rd string tight end, behind Andrew Quarless and Richard Rodgers.
