Brewers Left Fielder Khris Davis Tears Meniscus in Loss vs. D-Backs

The Milwaukee Brewers are sending another player to the disabled list and the operating table as starting left fielder Khris Davis suffered a torn meniscus in the Brewers 7-3 loss vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks today. Davis left in the 2nd inning of the game today with what was first called left knee tendinitis.

With Davis’ meniscus tear, McCalvy also informed us that first baseman Adam Lind is now the only Brewers position player from the Brewers Opening Day roster that has been available for all 50 of the Brewers games this season.

Davis is batting .250 with 5 home runs and 16 runs batted in for the Brewers this season.
