On Sunday during the Broncos divisional game against the Indianapolis Colts, rumors popped up about the possibility of a coaching change in Denver should the Broncos lose. We all know the Colts won and not 24 hours after the end of the game, the Broncos are looking for a coach and John Fox is looking for a job. It is unknown whether or not there was a private ongoing battle with management, similar to the 49ers recent issues with former coach Jim Harbaugh. We should find out more in the next few days.

Whether or not there was disagreement among management, John Elway wants a championship. He spent a lot of money this off-season to win a Super Bowl, and he must not think John Fox is the coach to bring the Broncos back to the promised land.
Fox won’t be without a job for long, however. He was 46-18 in four seasons as coach, and also led his team to four straight AFC West titles. One of those seasons was with Tim Tebow as quarterback, too.
The Broncos will also be a dream job for an NFL coach. The talent on that roster is very impressive, and coaches would be more than happy to take that job. John Elway is going to make sure that he gets the right man for the job. It’s safe to say that both parties will be just fine.
