The Cleveland Cavaliers were reported to have signed Free Agent sharpshooter Ray Allen. Or did they? According to Ray Allen’s agent Jim Tanner, Ray Allen hasn’t signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers and isn’t sure if he will even play this upcoming NBA season. So we’re at 21 days until the NBA returns and Ray Allen is team less? Who would have ever thought that.
