This summer has been an interesting one for the Boston Celtics. With the recent trade rumors surrounding their franchise player in Rajon Rondo, Wyc Grousbeck, a Co-Owner of the Boston Celtics, has decided to voice his thoughts on the Celtics franchise player and they’re pretty interesting comments. It should be interesting hearing Rondo’s response. Grousbeck:
“He’s super stubborn,” Grousbeck said. “I don’t know how coachablehe really is.
“I know if you ask [former, long-time head coach] Doc [Rivers], ‘Was he the most coachable guy, or in the top half, 50 percent,’ he’d say, ‘No, he’s in the bottom 50 percent of being coachable.’ It’s hard with him.”
This has been said many times about Rondo.
#Celtics owner Wyc Grousbeck: Absolutely I want Rajon Rondo to stay. When you speak with him, think he will reiterate he wants to stay.
