If you drafted Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles for your fantasy team, you will likely be without him week one:

The expectation during the off-season was that Charles would be ready to go for the start of the season, but it appears that Charles’ recovery from a torn right ACL is going slower than the Chiefs and Charles expected/hoped, but Charles’ situation can be attributed to being cautious.

Knile Davis, Charcandick West, and Spencer Ware are the other running backs on the Kansas City depth chart that will likely get the burn at running back while Charles remains on the shelf.

Last season, Charles rushed for 364 yards in 71 attempts for 5 total touchdowns. In 2014, Charles rushed the one thousand yard mark in 206 rushing attempts while racking up 14 total touchdowns.
