Once Derrick Rose has his right knee surgery to repair his meniscus, a timetable for Rose’s return will be determined according to Basketball Insiders’ Alex Kennedy.
It is also the same injury that Rose suffered last season, which resulted in him missing the Bulls remaining 72 games that season.

Derrick Rose will not be getting his meniscus removed according to ESPN Chicago’s Nick Friedell.
Miami Heat guard is most likely the most famous person in the NBA to have their meniscus removed, and Wade himself has said he regrets it.
Derrick Rose is reportedly hurt again, as he will undergo surgery on his right knee according to NBA writer Chris Palmer. Rose is having the surgery on the same knee he tore his meniscus last year, and his timetable for return is unknown at this present time.
Rose is averaging 18.4 points, 5 assists, and 3.1 rebounds per game in 46 games this season with the Bulls. Rose is coming off one of the worst shooting nights in his career, going 1-13 last night versus the Milwaukee Bucks. We will keep you updated on Rose as more details roll in.
