After injuring his knee in the Heat’s blow out loss versus the Cavaliers on Thursday, it didn’t look good for Heat shooting guard Dwyane Wade to return to play in the Heat’s next game versus the Pistons. That has now changed, as Wade went through the Heat’s shoot around and reportedly felt better about himself then he did on Friday, as the guard says he will try to play tonight.
Wade’s original return date was set for Sunday versus the Indiana Pacers, which is also Paul George’s return date, but with Wade feeling better about his knee, it’s more then likely Wade will try to give it a go to help the Heat make the playoffs tonight.
Wade is averaging 21.4 points, 4.9 assists, and 3.6 rebounds for the Heat this season.
