One thing that was a thorn in the Miami Heat’s side all of last season was that their bench didn’t have as good as talent as many other teams did during the 2014-2015 NBA season. Pat Riley and the Heat can help try to change that tune for the 2015-2016 season for signing a few guys for cheap. Here are five players they should consider.

Last team: Los Angeles Lakers

Wayne Ellington is a guy that can provide great scoring off the bench when given solid minutes like he received from the Lakers during the 2014-2015 season. He is a career 38% shooter from three-point range, and can turn out to be a great find for the Heat for cheap coming off the best season of his seven year career.
