Floyd Mayweather Beats Andre Berto by Unanimous Decision, Improves to 49-0

Floyd Mayweather has just matched Rocky Marciano with an all-time record of 49-0 after knocking off Andre Berto by unanimous decision, and improving to 26-0 in championship fights.

“I just want to go out with a bang,” Mayweather told reporters after announcing the fight back in August.

In terms of his standards, winning, and making money was going out with a bang for him. The story was the same in terms of longevity, as Mayweather took Berto the distance just like he did in his last seven fights. Berto struggled to land punches on Mayweather, leading all the judges to vote in favor of Mayweather, 120-108, 118-110, and 117-111. The Game Day Report had the fight at 119-109 in favor of Mayweather.
