The fight of the century is now officially in the books. Floyd Mayweather is now 48-0 after defeating Manny Pacquiao by unanimous decision. Mayweather stayed with his defensive strategy for the entire fight, which included holding Pacquiao to a minimum of 17 punches in a single round.

Pacquiao’s goal in the fight was to catch Mayweather on ropes and other angles, the places where Mayweather is at his weakest. Mayweather didn’t let that happen, as every time he was put on the ropes he was able to escape quickly from Pacquiao.
