Flyers Trade Braydon Coburn to Lightning

The Flyers have finally moved defense man Braydon Coburn, as the Flyers have traded him to the Tampa Bay Lightning according to Sports Net’s Chris Johnston. Coburn wore the Flyers orange and black for 8 seasons as he scored all of his 37 career goals with the Flyers, and had 1 goal this year for the team along with 9 points and 8 assists.

The Flyers will be receiving a 1st round and 3rd round pick in this deal, along with Radko Gudas. Gudas also is a defense man who has scored 2 goals this year, along with 5 points and 3 assists.

Both sides haven’t confirmed the deal yet, but it looks to be a done deal. We will keep you updated on the latest NHL trades throughout the rest of the day, as today is the NHL’s trading deadline.
