For some reason, many people think this year’s dunk contest is a major snooze fest, when the contest features some of the rising stars in the NBA. Victor Oladipo, Zach LaVine, Mason Plumlee, and Giannis Anteokounmpo. Some of you may have not heard of these guys, but they could be the future of the NBA. Let’s take a look at their best dunks.
Victor Oladipo
Victor Oladipo can already be considered a top ten shooting guard, and he can also dunk, well pretty awesomely.
There’s more where that came from.
Zach LaVine
Zach Lavine is a rookie this season, learning and find his place in the NBA. He can also throw down some sick jams for a guard.
Mason Plumlee
Stop with the “centers aren’t athletic” talk, because Mason Plumlee will change that for you real quick.
Giannis Antetokounmpo
Just because you can’t spell his name doesn’t mean he can’t dunk. Giannis may have the most athletic dunks in the entire contest this year.
Oh, check out the windmill!
So, if you think the NBA Slam Dunk contest won’t be good this year because of the players or no LeBron James, you might want to change your opinion.
