The San Fransico Giants have re-signed a player who has been very special for them in Ryan Vogelsong. The Giants and Vogelsong agreed to a one-year 4 million dollar deal. Vogelsong is currently 37 years of age and was an all-star for the San Fransisco Giants in 2011. He is has 49-57 win-loss record in his 10 year career with the Pittsburgh Pirates and Giants.

With the Ryan Vogelsong signing, the San Francisco Giants now have a projected rotation of Madison Bumgarner, Matt Cain, Tim Hudson, Tim Lincecum, and Ryan Vogelsong.
