Heat Catch Lucky Breaks Versus Knicks After Tragic Bosh News

It was quite the eventful 48 hours for the Miami Heat on Wednesday and Thursday They were able to land Goran Dragic and learned that one of their best players in Chris Bosh will likely miss the rest of the season with a severe medical condition, which was blood clots in Bosh’s lungs. The Heat took on the Knicks at Madison Square Garden, and they finally were able to get some luck in the following plays.

1: Udonis Haslem hits a 3

Udonis Haslem started in place for Chris Bosh and added 13 points and 5 rebounds for the Heat. He also showed off his inner Chris Bosh by splashing home a three-pointer. His 1st career 3-pointer to be exact in 14 tries.

2: Shabazz Napier Sinks 3 on one leg after lucky save and pass to him

Shabazz Napier scored a NBA career high 18 points tonight, but 3 of those points would have never happened if Tyler Johnson made a miracle save to keep the ball in play, then as Johnson’s crazy pass went to James Ennis, Ennis tipped it to Napier, who shot the 3 on one leg with the shot clock expiring and drained the shot.

3: Mario Chalmers’ full court shot gets nothing but net

Mario Chalmers struggled from three-point range tonight, but received tons of help from the basketball gods on getting one free pointer to fall down. From almost the entire length of the court, Chalmers throws up the shot, and the result is nothing but net. Perhaps he should have taken more of those throughout the game.

Mario Chalmers also dedicated the Heat’s 111-87 to Chris Bosh, who is currently unable to be with the team due to his health.

Hopefully the Heat could be able to get Chris Bosh back this season for some other good news for them.
