The Miami Heat are now on a two game winning streak, as they take down the Los Angeles Lakers by a score of 100-94. Several Heat players played key roles tonight, including Dwyane Wade, who scored 25 points and dished out 6 assists. Other Heat players also contributed very good nights out of the starting lineup.

Hassan Whiteside recorded yet another double double. This time he had 18 points and a career high 25 rebounds and 4 blocks. Goran Dragic scored 21 points, with 6 assists and 3 steals. Dragic totally showed how much he changes the Heat’s pace on offense tonight. Luol Deng added in 15 points and 6 rebounds in the winning effort the Heat tonight.

For the Lakers, Ed Davis lead the way with 14 points, 12 rebounds and 3 blocks in 28 minutes of action off the bench. Every other Lakers player that played tonight besides Ryan Kelly and Robert Sacre scored in double figures. Carlos Boozer had 13, Jeremy Lin with 12, Jordan Hill with 13, and Wesley Johnson, Wayne Ellington, Jordan Clarkson, also scored in double figures.

The Heat, (27-33), will travel to Washington to take on the Wizards on Friday Night. The Lakers, (16-44), will continue their road trip on Friday as they take on the second best team in the west in the Memphis Grizzlies.
