The Los Angeles Angels have traded second baseman Howie Kendrick to the other LA team the Los Angeles Dodgers in-exchange for left handed pitching prospect Andrew Heaney. Heaney, who was just traded from the Miami Marlins to the Dodgers in part of a deal with Dee Gordon is now on the Angels and for best interest in his travel options he may ask the Angels to keep him.
Tonight, the #Angels acquired LHP Andrew Heaney from the @Dodgers in exchange for INF Howie Kendrick

Heaney for Kendrick win-win for LA teams. More rotation depth for #Angels. And an upgrade over Gordon for #Dodgers, at least for one year.

Well it appears the Dodgers like to act fast after making a trade trading away one of their starters.
