Things just keep on getting worse and worse for the Milwaukee Brewers this season. All-star catcher Jonathan Lucroy suffered a broken toe in the Brewers loss versus the Reds yesterday, after Lucroy was hit in the toe with a pitch. Lucroy is the 3rd player to headed to the disabled list, joining Jim Henderson, Carlos Gomez, and now him with Scooter Gennett likely to be placed on the list as well.

Lucroy struggled to get anything going at the plate in the Brewers first 13 games with a batting average of .156 with 0 home runs and 2 runs batted in. The Brewers while rely on catchers Martin Maldonado and Juan Centeno, who was called up from Triple-A Colorado Springs shortly after Lucroy’s injury.
