Von Miller will be playing in the Super Bowl this year for the Denver Broncos, meaning that he needs to be replaced by another well deserving player.
Packers linebacker Julius Peppers was ultimately the selection, as the 36-year-old pass rusher will be making his ninth career Pro Bowl, and his first Pro Bowl selection as a Green Bay Packer.
Peppers racked up 10.5 sacks to lead all Packers defenders this year, while getting 37 combo tackles, and forcing two fumbles. Peppers’ 136 sacks have him tied with Panthers pass rusher Jared Allen for the most by a current active player all-time.
