Kevin Durant has missed the last four games due to a hamstring injury, and he’s on track to miss his 5th consecutive game on Friday when the Thunder play the Knicks in Oklahoma City, according to the New York Post.
From the Post’s article:
When the Knicks kick off their four-game road trip and face Oklahoma City on Friday, Kevin Durant is expected to miss his fifth straight game with a hamstring strain suffered last week.
Durant has ramped up his activity, but Sunday appears to be a better bet for his return. As luck would have it, Durant is being inducted into the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame in Tulsa on Thursday.
Durant missed 55 games last season due to foot problems. so it’s good to see that he’s on course to return by the end of the weekend.
The 27-year-old Durant is averaging 28.1 points, 3 assists, and 7.3 rebounds per game so far for the Thunder this season.
