It was shocking news when I woke up and heard Kevin Durant fractured his foot. It shocked the entire NBA fan base I am sure and we all can’t wait until KD returns. Usually, professional athletes try to rush their recovery times for injury and one of the most famous examples I can think of is Dwyane Wade’s knee problems. Back in 2002, when Wade was a college basketball at Marquette University. Dwyane Wade had surgery on his left knee which had his meniscus taken out of his knee. Wade has stated he regrets the decision to get his meniscus removed as Wade needed a second surgery in 2012 to help repair parts of his knee.
Now back to Kevin Durant:
So we have to wait for KD’s timetable for return (6-8 weeks) before he plays in another NBA game.
