Kobe Bryant Expected to Miss Rest of Season With Torn Rotator Cuff

It looks like Kobe Bryant is going to miss a huge chunk of the NBA season again for the 3rd straight year. According to multiple media sources, the Lakers expect Kobe Bryant to miss the rest of the season with a torn rotator cuff. Kobe suffered the injury during the Lakers game versus the Pelicans.

Kobe missed the last time the Lakers made the playoffs with a torn Achilles, missed all but 6 games last season with a knee injury, and will now be out for the rest of the season more then likely.

Kobe Bryant added some humor to the injury, but I am sure Lakers fans couldn’t find the humor.

Kobe was averaging 22.3 points, 5.6 assists, and 5.7 rebounds per game this season for the Lakers.
