UPDATE – Chicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon said Bryant was pulled as a precautionary move and that he is ‘okay’ and will be looked at tomorrow.

Chicago Cubs rookie third baseman Kris Bryant has left the Cubs game versus the Milwaukee Brewers after sliding into second base and getting tagged on the helmet by Brewers shortstop Jean Segura. Trainers came out during a replay challenge, and ultimately made the decision to pull Bryant from the game when the replay concluded.

Many are expecting the injury to be head or neck related. Bryant is batting .246 on the season with 14 home runs and 61 runs batted in. We will keep you updated on further information regarding Bryant when we are able to get it.
