The top free agent on the market is headed to the San Antonio Spurs as power forward LaMarcus Aldridge will sign a four-year deal with the team. The contract is worth 80 million over the four period, just as we expected.

Aldridge was deciding between the Spurs and Phoenix Suns while the Miami Heat, Toronto Raptors, and other teams also expressed interest in Aldridge.
Aldridge averaged 23.4 points and 10.2 rebounds as a member of the Portland Trail Blazers during the 2014-2015 season. Aldridge and Kawhi Leonard are expected to be the future of the Spurs after Tim Duncan and others retire.
