LaMarcus Aldridge out 6-8 Weeks With Torn Thumb Ligament

The Portland Trail Blazers have just suffered a huge blow that could affect where they will finish in the Western Conference. The Blazers have lost their best inside presence in LaMarcus Aldridge for 6-8 weeks due to a torn ligament in his thumb. Alridge can arguably be called the best player on the Blazers.

Aldridge was averaging 23.2 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game, prior to this thumb injury.

Get well soon, LaMarcus.
