LeBron James Plans to Rest vs. Celtics

Earlier this week, LeBron James hinted at resting in some of the Cavaliers final games with the Cavaliers already clinching a playoff berth. Now, according to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst, it sounds like that LeBron James plans on resting in the Cavaliers games versus the Celtics that are on April 10th and April 12th.

The Cavaliers have won two games without LeBron James in the lineup this season, as their offense has noticiably struggled during the games James hasn’t played in.

James is currently averaging 25.6 points, 7.3 assists, and 6 rebounds per game in 66 games in his first year back in Cleveland since 2010. The games James reportedly plans on resting could be huge for playoff seeding in the Eastern Conference, as the Nets, Heat, Celtics, Pacers, Bucks and Hornets are all in contention for the final three spots in the Eastern Conference playoff picture.
