The Memphis Grizzlies and Marc Gasol were expected to agree on a deal that would bring Gasol back on a maximum contract. That has officially happened as the Grizzlies and Gasol will be associated for five more years and Gasol will be making a cool 100 plus million over those five years.

Gasol, who won Defensive Player of the Year in 2013, improved his offensive game drastically during the 2014-2015 season, averaging 17.4 points per game to go along with 7.8 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per game in 81 games.
