The Dallas Mavericks have signed the veteran power forward to a non-guaranteed deal. The Dallas Mavericks currently have 15 players with guaranteed deals the league max so it’ll be tough for Villanueva to make the roster. The Mavericks have finally added in someone who could play power forward after they signed Rashard Lewis, which didn’t end up happening due to Lewis failing a physical.

Vilanueva has averaged 11.5 points and 5.1 rebounds over nine seasons. Charlie averaged 4.6 points and 1.8 rebounds in 20 games with the Pistons last season.
