Muhammad Ali Reminds Mayweather & Foreman: “I am the greatest”

While legendary boxer Muhammad Ali didn’t directly say it, we all knew he went at Floyd Mayweather and George Foreman reminding them that he is the greatest of all-time after both Mayweather proclaimed himself better while Foreman agreed with the statement.

“No one can ever brainwash me to make me believe that Sugar Ray Robinson and Muhammad Ali was better than me,” Mayweather said. “No one could ever brainwash me and tell me that.”

After Mayweather said that, George Foreman decided to side with him.

“Pound for pound,” Foreman said, “Floyd is better than me and Muhammad Ali ever were.”

Foreman was pretty good himself, as he only lost five times in his boxing career. The question on everyone’s mind however is if Mayweather will go 48-0 versus Manny Pacquiao this Saturday.

“This is a better generation by far,” Foreman said. “They’re smarter, they’re stronger, they’re overall just better fighters.”

Ali responded to both of the comments (not directly) with the following tweet, reminded both Mayweather and Foreman who the greatest is.

You knew Ali wouldn’t step down from any challenge ever, and he didn’t again.
