The highly controversial NBA Draft lottery will be remaining the same for the 2015 NBA Draft as the NBA’s board of governors voted to keep the lottery the same after some changes were proposed this NBA off-season. Today the NBA’s board of governors reportedly rejected the proposal changes according to various sources from the NBA:
The NBA draft lottery reform has been voted down at Board of Governors meeting, league sources tell Yahoo Sports. System stays.

Tweaks include decreasing odds just a bit for lotto teams with the best records, sources say. Lottery would draw top-6 picks, up from top-3

Proposal details: four worst teams would have equal 12 percent chance to win No. 1 pick. Worst team could fall no lower than No 7.

Should the NBA change the lottery with this new format? In my opinion, I would like to see this happen.
