This NBA off-season we knew the NBA would add these golden tags to the back of players jerseys. These golden tags represent the number of championships won by each individual franchise in the NBA. For example the Miami Heat will have a 3 on the back of their golden tag for the 3 championships they won (2006, 2012, 2013). The tag will also have one Finals trophy on it.
