The NFL’s top defensive player on the market right now in Ndamukong Suh will sign with the Miami Dolphins according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen. The deal will pay Suh over 114 million dollars over six years with 60 million dollars guaranteed. The Lions had the option to place the franchise tag on Suh prior to Monday, but they choose not to do so.

I think this is good for Suh but very bad for the Lions; Suh has been one of their strongest forces on their D-line and without him their defense will struggle. It also gives Suh a chance to revive his name and leave the dirty tactics in Detroit, this opportunity gives him a chance to cement hit legacy.
