Los Angeles Lakers rookie guard D’Angelo Russell is now Nike’s newest basketball player, joining the same team as LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, and many others. The number two overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft confirmed the news via his official Twitter account.

This is Russell’s first major endorsement as he is promised to have a great NBA career as the Lakers future franchise player once Kobe Bryant decides to hang it up.
