Paul George Starts Upper-Body Training

We are all very aware of what happened to one of the best in the game Paul George of the Indiana Pacers this summer in Team USA’s scrimmage game. In case you don’t, George suffered a gruesome leg injury in the game, but it sounds like he is on a new path in his recovery process now. George is now weight lifting 5 times a week according to Steve Aschburner:

Paul George is expected to miss the entire 2014-2015 NBA season, but the Indiana Pacers have not ruled out George playing this season.
