Doug Martin had a resurgent 2015 with Jameis Winston running the quarterback show in Tampa.
Mostly everyone forgot about Martin, but he was the NFL’s no. 2 rusher behind Adrian Peterson this season in a contract year. It’s likely that his price is still dialed down versus others because he plays the running back position in a passing league.
