Ryan Braun Closing in on Home Run Milestone

Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun is closing in on yet another milestone for the Brewers. He will likely remain a Brewer for the rest of his career, and will hold a majority of the Brewers all-time records. He is just 2 home runs away from tying Robin Yount’s 251 home runs, the most all-time in Brewers history. Below is the Brewers all-time home run list, 1-10.

1: Robin Yount, 251

2: *Ryan Braun, 249

3: *Prince Fielder, 230

4: Geoff Jenkins, 212

5: Gorman Thomas, 208

6: Cecil Cooper, 201

7: Ben Oglivie, 176

8: Greg Vaughn, 169

9: Jeremy Burnitz, 165

10: Paul Molitor, 160

It took Yount 2,000 plus games to hit 251 home runs, and it’s virtually impossible that it will take Braun that long to pass Yount. Braun is one home run away from 20 on the season, as he is batting .269 with 19 home runs and 63 runs batted in on the season.
