Washington Nationals star Stephen Strasburg has been riddled with injuries this season, and yet again, it will prevent him for making a start, according to CSNWashington.com’s Mark Zuckerman.
From Zuckerman’s article:
Stephen Strasburg will not make his next scheduled start, replaced by Tanner Roark for Friday night’s game against the Braves in D.C., manager Matt Williams told reporters in St. Louis on Wednesday.
This has been Strasburg’s worst season as a professional this year, having a win-loss record of 8-6 with a 4.35 earned run average and 99 strikeouts on the year through 18 starts.
