Anthony Davis wanted NBA 2K to know that he is improving his three-point game, and now his head coach Alvin Gentry wants to let the whole NBA fan base know that he will be using the superstar power forward Davis at center at various times during the 2015-2016 season.
Gentry said he'll play AD at the 5 quite often but wouldn't call it "small ball" b/c #Pelicans can play big but guard small.

Not a bad idea I must say. Davis is a great rim protector already at the power forward position, so it’s understandable why the Pelicans would want that down low when Omer Asik isn’t on the court. Gentry also makes a good point, saying that is isn’t really small ball. Which is true, considering Davis is basically a seven footer. I don’t see any reason not to try this.
