The Minnesota Timberwolves made an interesting hire recently. That hire was for a shooting coach for Ricky Rubio named Mike Penberth Rubio’s full time shooting coach Thursday. The T-Wolves also announced the hiring of Jason Harvey as a scout and the promotion for one of their current scouts Derek Pierce to advanced scout. Penberth played for the Los Angeles Lakers and overseas in his career.
Rubio, a career 38% shooter is looking to get all the help he can on improving his shot.
