The Kentucky Wildcats may have lost to their rival Louisville Cardinals tonight, but they did have several highlights from the night nonetheless.
Freshman power forward Bam Adebayo created one of those highlights for Kentucky. In the second half of the game, Adebayo caught the ball in the post, and then proceeded to do this to Louisville’s Anas Mahmoud:

Adebayo would go onto finish the game with 11 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocks on 5-6 shooting from the field in 36 minutes of action. Guard Malik Monk, who was coming off a 47 point performance against the North Carolina Tar Heels struggled in this contest, as he shot 6-17 from the floor and 1-9 from three-point range.
The 19-year-old Adebayo also understands the importance of sharing the ball:
“I’m not the only person on the team,” Adebayo said. “We got four other guys out there trying to make plays too, so I’m not going to be mad at my teammates trying to make a play. It goes the way it goes, and we just came up short.”
Adebayo came into the night averaging 12.6 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per game.
