Seattle Mariners second baseman Robinson Cano always enjoys playing in New York, especially since signing a ten-year $240 million dollar contract with the Seattle Mariners to leave the New York Yankees, who the Mariners played today in the Bronx. Cano is on record for saying that he uses Yankees’ fans boos to ‘motivate him’. He did today without a doubt, hitting two home runs that drove in every Mariners run in the Mariners 4-2 win.
Cano is batting .254 with 8 home runs 34 runs batted in through 88 games for the Mariners this season.
