Brewers Trade Infielder Luis Sardinas to Mariners for Ramon Flores

The Brewers are at it again with their 3rd trade in three days, as the team has traded infielder Luis Sardinas to the Seattle Mariners in-exchange for outfielder Ramon Flores.

Sardinas, 22, was acquired via trade last off-season in the Yovani Gallardo trade, but struggled in 97 career at-bats with the Brewers, hitting .194 with no home runs 4 runs batted in. The Brewers trade for Jonathan Villar yesterday is part of the reason why this trade was made.

This is the second time Flores has been traded this off-season, as he first went from the Yankees to the Mariners in July, and now to the Brewers in November. The 23-year-old batted .282 with 16 home runs at Triple-A this year in 150 games.
