#6 Sacramento Kings: Mario Hezonja, SG/SF, Croatia

Mario Hezonja is referred to as ‘Europe’s Kobe Bryant’ by several people with rightful reasons. At 6’8, Hezonja has the right length to be a wing in the NBA. Bulking up in terms of strength, great athleticism wise, amazing first step, explosive, great range with a nice quick release. One of the questions I had about him was how good is he when he doesn’t have the ball – can he be the off the ball player a player like him would need to be in the NBA? The answer is yes. Hezonja’s mid-range game must improve before he can take the next step, but overall a very solid player worthy of the sixth pick.
