Khris Middleton Hopes to Return to Bucks for 2015-2016 Season

Milwaukee Bucks shooting guard Khris Middleton was brought to the Bucks in the Brandon Jennings trade along with Brandon Knight, but of course Knight received most of the attention coming as the Bucks new point guard. The underrated piece in the deal was Middleton. The Bucks lottery pick from the 2014 NBA Draft Jabari Parker went down in December, and the reason why the Bucks didn’t fall off like many of us expected was because of Middleton. His clutch heroics have gave the Bucks a guy to turn to down the stretch, and he hopes he can continue that next season with Milwaukee.

“I hope to be back. I definitely feel everybody wants me to be back here,” Middleton said in the Bucks exit interview earlier today.

Middleton averaged 13.4 points, 2.3 assists, and 4.4 rebounds per game in 79 games this season for the Bucks. Middleton started 58 of those 79 games.
